Communications Manager(lg7421) Purpose of position: To support the vision, objectives, strategies, and initiatives through cost-efficient, effective and timely corporate and marketing communications of the client of Personato. Act as management counsel on all Benelux-DACH communications (The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxemburg) and contribute to the European and Middle East team efforts. Create and implement communications plans that enroll, align and engage the organization around the global business strategy, vision, and values. Develop and disseminate timely, relevant, distinctive, credible and compelling messages that influence stakeholder behavior (internally to associates and externally to media) in support of company goals. Introduce internal and external communications programs that serve to build, maintain, and enhance the corporate image. Implement creative and media-driving initiatives that support business unit efforts to drive sales. Primairy Accountabilities: Planning and Budgeting - Develops and manages a regional communications budget. - Produces an overall internal (to associates) and external (to media) communication plan. - Plans communication activities and maintains the calendar. Managing People and Resources - Organizes meetings with stakeholders (external/media; internal/associates). Delivering Excellence - Gives support and counsel to Regional Management Team on internal and external communication. - Develops and maintains internal communications program for Benelux-DACH using different communication tools e. g. Regional News, Portal, bulletin boards, reports etc. - Creates, introduces and implements internal communication programs that serve to build, maintain and enhance the clients corporate image. - Implements clear process relating to emergent communication issues and responds to those issues (internally and externally). - Implements clear processes for announcements, and other materials. - Implements clear practices and processes to ensure internal stakeholders. Explores and implements the most appropriate communications tools i.e. utilizing new technology and/or traditional means. - Provides communication support for sponsorships and key partner initiatives. - Evaluates and measures internal and external communication initiatives. - Maintains the company clippings and historical files (for Region). - Ensures that all strategic decisions by the management team are communicated in an understandable way for the different targetgroups throughout the organization. Supporting the Business - Provides communications support to corporate ,business and sales functions. - Concepts, writes, prepare and approve texts for internal us. - Provides support to internal stakeholders on all media related affairs within Benelux-DACH. - Assists in activities to positively promote the company to its external audiences. - Responds to emergent communication issues. Networking and Communicating - Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper messaging of company beliefs, visions, values. - Develops relations with media and serves as the clients Benelux-DACH media contact. - Leads agencies where appropriate to execute all communication activities (Connects, briefs and controls communication agencies hired by the company for internal communications). - Works with internal providers to develop new and existing communications channels to ensure widest possible coverage and access to information. - Establishes a communications network between to encourage an exchange of best practices. |
