Production Scheduler Als production scheduler ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele planning van de productie van de fabrieken op de plants in heel Europa. Je beslist wat, waar, wanneer geproduceerd wordt aan de hand van voorraadniveaus. Inspelen op (aankomende) problemen en hier zelfstandig actie op nemen is in deze erg belangrijk. De productieorders voer je in SAP in en je volgt speciale orders op en lost problemen op rond productieorders of 'slow inventory'. |

Project Scheduler The Project Scheduler - Delivery supports the Project Manager and Project Controls Manager in the Scheduling of Projects under responsibility of the Project Management Office department Job Compose based on the Work-Breakdown-Structure (WBS), and maintain the project (network) plan including labor, materials and subcontracts; Plan the labor resource and produce the production load plan and forecast; Plan and schedule the incoming materials and, via procurement, expedite the supplier deliveries compliant with purchase orders; Expedite sub-contractor and supplier production and delivery plans and schedule and, if necessary, perform site/factory expediting; Expedite project outgoing deliveries according to project milestones; Schedule the outgoing project delivery plan, i.e. the shipment plan, and in cooperation with shipping expedite the delivery; Compose project summaries and reports, incl. S-curve and other progress reports, which support the project and department managers in their management and the explanation to suppliers and customers. |
