As a Senior Electronics System Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for the system layout of electronics (from system foot print to 3D volume management at module/cable level). In this role you will: * Generate and maintain system overviews (functional block-level, 3D, cable overviews), owns interconnectivity on system level and generate and maintain related requirements and design documentation, which might also include guidelines for designers. * Represents the electronics discipline in multi-disciplinary discussions and contribute to road-mapping and technology scouting in this domain. * Drives quality of designs to higher levels. Complementary you act to architects and senior designers, taking ownership for the packaging of electronics at system level and interconnectivity between modules. Your role will cover a broad scope from rack definition to cable reduction.
