	Senior Researcher Process Technology For one of our clients we are looking for a Senior Researcher Process Technoloy. The responsibilities of a Researcher include: - Exploring alternative & novel technologies and process concepts, involving experimental programs - Looking beyond the horizon, to identify and use the most appropriate technology to meet given project challenges - Putting safety first and carrying out safety assessments - Working with pace and scientific rigour in interpretation and analysis of experimental data, modelling results, deducing insights and recommending for further work - Explaining, presenting and reporting project results - Defining project proposals
	Fysicus / Researcher M/v De afdeling Testing is verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van testgegevens betreffende grondstoffen, componenten en eindproducten aan de totale organisatie. Het R&D- laboratorium, bestaande uit 11 medewerkers, is dagelijks op zoek naar nieuwe, inventieve methoden om de producten te laten voldoen aan de eisen en wensen van klant en wetgeving. De functie: De researcher ontwikkelt zelfstandig en in overleg met opdrachtgevers nieuwe fysische meetmethoden voor onder andere versterkingsmaterialen. Verder wordt een bijdrage geleverd aan de afhandeling van de reguliere werkzaamheden en standaardisatie in het fysisch laboratorium. Ook wordt onderzoek uitgevoerd ten behoeve van troubleshooting. De researcher is discussiepartner voor de afdeling productie, materiaaltechnologen, fysici en constructeurs en neemt deel of geeft leiding aan projecten (afdeling overstijgend en internationaal).

Here, scientists and engineers continuously generate ideas for developing new products and sub-systems including the integration of electronics and software. Job description: As part of a multi-disciplinary project team you will support advanced product and technology development starting with creating ideas all the way through to engineering a functional demonstrator. The role requires that you are both creative and capable of proposing unique solutions to complex engineering problems. Through your engineering knowledge and skills in Computer Aided Design you assist the project team to visualize and optimise the proposed solutions. The solution is verified with your sound engineering calculations that support the choice of design. In addition, you coordinate and support the internal and external resources to rapidly manufacture and produce the demonstrators that bring to life the creative ideas of the project team.
