Manager Customer Support Voor een opdrachtgever in omgeving Zwolle zoekt Fitos een Manager Customer Support (Fulltime). In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor grote accounts en geeft jouw afdeling, waaraan jij leiding geeft (3 mensen), ondersteuning aan het internationale account management. Op deze afdeling bestaan de werkzaamheden o.a. uit het uitwerken van offertes, afhandeling van klachten, gebruik van ERP systeem, maken van analyses etc. Je bent in staat om de werkzaamheden van de afdeling op een hoger plan te tillen. Je bent proactief in het vebeteren van de interne processen op het gebied van customer support. Klanttevredenheid staat hoog in het vaandel en heeft voor jou de hoogste prioriteit. Je rapporteert aan de directie. |

Pa To Global Customer Marketing Director (m/f) Key Accountabilities of the role include: Administration support: Co-ordinate meetings, travel etc for the team ensuring arrangements are carefully managed for smooth execution and smooth running of the team Manage accessibility to the teams diaries ensuring that activities are co-ordinated and team members are aware of key events and of scheduling and travel Support the Global Customer Marketing Director by owning the diary and scheduling of meetings and events Manage expenses on behalf of the global Customer Marketing team Manage & track the Travel & Expenses spend for the global Customer Marketing team. Market and Community Support: Support the directors in day-to-day activities and interactions with the markets including co-ordinating market visits Responsible for organising the Customer Marketing community (mapping organisations and managing contact details) and organising community connection (newsletters, webex calls etc.) Assist in the management of events working with the team to deliver a professional result Ownership of Customer Marketing communications admin including ensuring Customer Marketing portal is up to date and digital communities are actively managed Support on development of presentations including building power point presentations |
