Onze opdrachtgever ontwerpt en vervaardigd producten voor onder andere de luchtvaart en medische industrie. De producten, maar ook de processen rondom het ontwerp en de productie van deze producten, dienen te voldoen aan hoge kwaliteitseisen. Als Quality Manager Development vervul je een sleutelrol binnen de afdeling ontwikkeling. Je activiteiten concentreren zich op alle interne en externe kwaliteitsprocessen rondom het ontwerpen en vervaardigen van de producten. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen vanaf de conceptfase tot de productiefase. Je kijkt kritisch naar bestaande processen en ben je in staat deze te optimaliseren.Gedurende het ontwerpproces zie je erop toe dat milestone reviews worden uitgevoerd aan de hand van de gemaakte afspraken. Teven ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juiste implementatie van klantspecifieke wensen binnen de organisatie en coordineer je interne en externe audits.

De Quality Manager geeft leiding aan een team van 3 kwaliteitsinspecteurs. Tot de taak van de Quality Manager behoort tevens het beoordelen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen, het vaststellen van grenzen en bepalen van beoordelingscriteria. Daarnaast voer je in deze functie interne audits uit en stel je kwaliteitsrapportages op. Je ontwikkelt, documenteert en implementeert processen, procedures en werkinstructies.
	Quality Assurance Engineer For our client we are searching for a Quality Assurance Engineer. Our client is a professional and dynamic company in the rapidly growing international wind energy market. She specializes in the design and development of rotor blades and nacelles for wind turbines. With her specialty in the composites industry, this organisation with its advanced technology and expertise is unique in the world. As a Quality Assurance Engineer you are responsible for the development and maintaining of quality tools, which are set up during QA projects or as part of further development of the quality system as part of our R&D organization. You put those Quality Tools and System at disposal of other departments and are able to participate in blade design project teams. Tasks: Perform DFMEAs, PFMEAs, QFDs & support in collecting real VOC; Initiate and participate in quality improvement projects; Support Manufacturing Units with factory routine inspections (Workshop approvals & IPE type certifications); Act as functional interface (ambassador) for quality matters and tools; Organize and promote companywide quality tool efforts.
	Quality Project Leader As a quality Project leader you are in charge of the total quality plan. You are able to: 1. Define and drive execution of the quality plan in a development project, taking into account: - Voice of the Customer. - Critical Parameters. - Robust & Reliable Design. - Risk & Problem Management. 2. Define and drive completion of test plan in a development project: - Analysis Testing. - Design Evaluation Testing. - Product Maturity Testing. - Ongoing Reliability Testing. 3. Lead the process to timely & effectively close all Product Maturity Grid quality items in the development project. 4. Capture the learning from a previous development project (both on development process and on technical issues), initiate improvements in the next project. 5. Identify quality training & support needs within the development project, support the organization of improvement. 6. Involved in defining the product specifications, whilst focusing on reliability aspects (e.g. EMEA) and is responsible for the product release. 7. Responsible for the execution of corrective actions for product design, manufacturing and test processes.
