Commissioning Manager The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for the daily engineering aspects of the BDF and PGI plants and onshore well locations. He/she will provide operational process engineering support varying from data gathering, trouble shooting and optimizing processes thru appraisal of modifications, FEED study and recommendation for execution of small modifications projects. - Guide and support the field operating personnel and responsibe for the day-to-day facility issues regarding integrity, production capacity, process treatment, equipment & unit performance - Monitoring production and process performance, using and interpreting plant process data - Managing project as built documentation after close-out of projects and modifications - Operational/Process engineering input during design of projects - Liaise with contractors, manufacturers and internal parties - Support Incident investigations and root cause analyses |

Mechatronics Production Engineer Job Mission To design, maintain, adapt to changed output requirements and to optimize production processes as well as to develop and apply methods of measuring the performance of the production process. Job Description - Lays down operating instructions, process flow charts, routings, process parameters and indicators; - Analyses the production process within Test and Install, points out structural problems and bottlenecks, works out suggestions for improvements and initiates their implementation, often in close cooperation with the surrounded departments as Development, Operations, and Customer Support; - Contributes to the rapid solution of complex faults and takes the necessary initiatives and practical decisions; - Brings his knowledge to bear on (new) product development projects, in order to foresee production problems in the design phase and in order to improve the reparability of the product and test design. |

The Production Engineering department within this sector introduces new products and corresponding processes from Development into (Volume) production (including the system installation and qualification process at the customer location), continuously adapts and optimizes the production and installation processes and provides support in connection with the organization.
