Marketing Client Services Director (for Inhouse Marketing Agency/department) As a Client Services Director you are responsible for the management and development of the account team. You will keep a running overview of the work coming in and will assign work based on project teams, experience and capacity. Although not necessarily client facing, when necessary you will act as Senior Manager within a project/client relationship. In this role you must be a strong leader on the account floor to drive changes which support our companys vision and mission. You are responsible for ensuring that workflow, processes, methodologies and best practices are being rigorously followed and applied by all members of the account team. Finally you will provide information to the management team for the annual budget on forecasted projects. |

Pa To Global Customer Marketing Director (m/f) Key Accountabilities of the role include: Administration support: Co-ordinate meetings, travel etc for the team ensuring arrangements are carefully managed for smooth execution and smooth running of the team Manage accessibility to the teams diaries ensuring that activities are co-ordinated and team members are aware of key events and of scheduling and travel Support the Global Customer Marketing Director by owning the diary and scheduling of meetings and events Manage expenses on behalf of the global Customer Marketing team Manage & track the Travel & Expenses spend for the global Customer Marketing team. Market and Community Support: Support the directors in day-to-day activities and interactions with the markets including co-ordinating market visits Responsible for organising the Customer Marketing community (mapping organisations and managing contact details) and organising community connection (newsletters, webex calls etc.) Assist in the management of events working with the team to deliver a professional result Ownership of Customer Marketing communications admin including ensuring Customer Marketing portal is up to date and digital communities are actively managed Support on development of presentations including building power point presentations |
