Doelstelling van de functie is het verrichten van Quality Assurance taken ten behoeve van de ondersteuning van de processen en erkenningen van onze opdrachtgever. De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: Het inrichten, onderhouden en borgen van een effectief business managementsysteem, conform nationale en internationale (luchtvaart)regelgeving en standaards, en conform klanteisen Het uitvoeren van interne en externe (leverancier) audits Uitvoeren van de betreffende kwaliteit, milieu en arbo analyses, rapportering en aanbevelingen t.b.v. Management Het uitvoeren en bewaken van QA&SHE verbeterprojecten Het namens kwaliteit deelnemen in projectteams Het begeleiden van 2de en 3de partij audits Het bewaken, beoordelen en onderhouden van persoonlijke kwaliteitsautorisaties Het opstellen en uitvoeren van trainingen op het gebied van kwaliteit Het impliciet in stand houden van de erkenningen van onze opdrachtgever.

Quality Assurance Engineer For our client we are searching for a Quality Assurance Engineer. Our client is a professional and dynamic company in the rapidly growing international wind energy market. She specializes in the design and development of rotor blades and nacelles for wind turbines. With her specialty in the composites industry, this organisation with its advanced technology and expertise is unique in the world. As a Quality Assurance Engineer you are responsible for the development and maintaining of quality tools, which are set up during QA projects or as part of further development of the quality system as part of our R&D organization. You put those Quality Tools and System at disposal of other departments and are able to participate in blade design project teams. Tasks: Perform DFMEAs, PFMEAs, QFDs & support in collecting real VOC; Initiate and participate in quality improvement projects; Support Manufacturing Units with factory routine inspections (Workshop approvals & IPE type certifications); Act as functional interface (ambassador) for quality matters and tools; Organize and promote companywide quality tool efforts. |

Quality Engineer The Quality Engineer plays a key role in Quality & Reliability activities during the total life cycle of Aerospace, Medical end Test & Industrial equipment. To comply to the high quality standards the Quality Engineer must be capable to perform and manage a wide range of Quality assurance activities. To assure the required Quality and Reliability and to assure high first pass yields during new product introduction (NPI) projects risk analysis and evaluations needs to be performed. Further more the Quality engineer needs to assure the right implementation of customer requirements in the organisation and regularly has to generate quality and reliability reports to evaluate the performance of released products. The Quality engineer should be able to guide the organisation in Lean Sigma and first time right roadmap and activities. Further more the Quality engineer supports activities to assure the quality of supplied materials in cooperation with the Purchasing department. To maintain and strengthen the high quality level of the Almelo organisation the Quality engineer has to coordinate and manage internal and external audits. He/she should manage further improvements on the current Quality system based on ISO 9001, ISO13485 and AS9100. The Quality Engineer must be capable to perform audits at supplier and guide supplier development. |

Supervisor Quality Audit (dagdienst) De afdeling Quality Assurance is verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsbeleid van Philip Morris Holland B.V. De subafdeling Quality Audit is het laboratorium van Quality Assurance en levert ondersteuning aan de kwaliteitsafdelingen door het uitvoeren van fysische, chemische en sensorische analyses.
