Bedrijfsprofiel Junior Business Controller Junior Business Controller gezocht voor een dynamisch ICT bedrijf in Almere. Als junior business controller maak je deel uit van de afdeling Finance. Finance heeft binnen de organisatie een ondersteunende en controlerende rol en wordt geleid door de Financieel directeur. Belangrijke strategische vraagstukken worden beantwoord met behulp van informatie uit het team Financiën en Control. De junior business controller rapporteert aan de Controller. Je zult samenwerken en sparren met het management uit alle afdelingen van de organisatie. Functieomschrijving Junior Business Controller De Jr. Business Controller zal analyses verstrekken aan het management om de organisatie beter sturing te kunnen geven en ter toetsing en bijstelling van de strategische doelstellingen. Je krijgt de kans om je creativiteit en analyserende vermogen te laten spreken in een dynamische omgeving. Resultaatscriteria: * Bijdrage leveren aan kwaliteit en ontwikkelingen van standaards binnen de organisatie * Tijdige uitvoering geven aan het interne controleprogramma * Analyses inzake budgets, LE's, volumes, markt aandeel en balansposities * Analyse, interpretatie en advies in relatie tot ontwikkelingen en trends * Verbeteren en onderhouden van rapportages * Ondersteuning bij strategische en tactische projecten * Ontwerpen en onderhouden van business case templates en ondersteuning bij het maken van business cases. * Ondersteuning bij het verbeteren van de Business IntelligenceI omgeving Functiecriteria Junior Business Controller Relevante werkervaring: * 1-3 jaar ervaring in business consulting of een financiële rol * WO opleiding zoals Bedrijfskunde of Economie * Bij voorkeur in de telecom branche * goed in planmatig werken en het stellen van prioriteiten; * vakinhoudelijk, analytisch en communicatief sterk onderlegd; * grote lijn weten vast te houden en tevens relevante details op het cruciale moment weten te belichten; * enthousiast, motiverend, professioneel, gedreven en focus op kwaliteit en resultaat; * Affiniteit en ervaring met databases (SQL) en Excel De aanbieding Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen de 2500 en 3500 Euro bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.

Tevens ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de benodigde managementinformatie en het beheren van de tussenpersonenadministratie.Verder houdt de Junior Business Controller zich bezig met:Ondersteuning van de Adjunct-directeur; Ondersteuning van compliance officer; Ondersteuning officemanager; Opstellen managementinformatie; Beheren en bewaken procedures en processen van verzekeringsactiviteiten in Nederland en Frankrijk; Verantwoordelijk voor tussenpersonenadministratie; Verantwoordelijk voor incasso premie.Wij zijn op zoek naar een Junior Business Controller die:Een afgeronde HBO studie (richting Bank- en verzekeringswezen is een pre) 3-4 jaar werkervaring heeft binnen een financiële instelling; Klantgericht is; Communicatief sterk in zijn of haar schoenen staat; Analytisch zeer sterk; Met een hands on mentaliteit; Proactieve instelling; Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift, frans en duits is een pré |
