Bedrijfsprofiel Night Manager Ben jij klaar voor de nachten van Amsterdam? Voor dit mooie hotel met 200 kamers in hartje Amsterdam zoeken we een Night Manager. Iemand die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en de receptie medewerkers aan kan sturen. Je bewaakt de nachtshifts en bent verantwoordelijk voor de algemene veiligheid in het hotel in de nacht. Functieomschrijving Night Manager De Night Manager heeft een team receptiemedewerkers en is verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande punten: * Aansturen, begeleiden, coachen van je receptie medewerkers. * UItvoeren van receptie werkzaamheden waaronder in- en uitchecken, betalingen, telefoon beantwoorden. * Opstellen van roosters en planningen. * Algemene veiligheid bewaken van de receptie alsmede het hotel in de nacht. * Werktijden: 22:45uur tot 07:00uur. Functiecriteria Night Manager De Night Manager voldoet aan de volgende eisen: * Je woont dichtbij of in Amsterdam. * Je kan snel schakelen en bent flexibel. * Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring. * Je bent pro-actief en representatief. * Je hebt MBO werk en denk niveau en een achtergrond/opleiding in de hotellerie. * Je gevoel voor cijfers is goed. * Je hebt kennis en ervaring met Fidelio * Naast Nederlands en Engels spreek je een derde vreemde taal. * Je hebt een BHV certificaat (pre) Copyright: Independent Hospitality De aanbieding Night Manager De beloning is conform de Horeca CAO en houdt rekening met de opgedane ervaring. You will accurately document you results according to GMP (e.g. filling out batch records, writing reports). Besides that, you will assist in performing facility and equipment duties (environmental monitoring, room clearance/cleaning, trouble shooting).
