Regional Sales Manager The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the achievement of sales objectives for the region, and the development & implementation of sales plans in line with the business strategy. Tasks & Responsibilities: - - To own the strategic growth initiatives at the regional level, ensure plans are in place and reviewed regularly to meet the growth objectives. - To appoint, train, incentives and manage the sales force to achieve individual objectives and overall objectives. - To work with all Sales Product Specialist, Sales Managers and Product Line Managers s to ensure that they understand fully the activities in the region in order to optimize sales and profits. - To be the owner of the regional orders and sales budget and develop/ implement the regional business plan in line with budget expectations. - To own the regional SG&A budget and manage expenditure accordingly - To provide regular reporting to the Product Line Managers and EMEA sales leader concerning the local market, competitive activities and customer feedback. - To prepare all required financial forecasting and reporting on time. - To fully demonstrate close co-operation with all regions. - To understand and articulate the overall objectives of the company regarding global sales strategies and communicate them in a meaningful way to the regional sales team - To have responsibility for local distribution and agency channels as appropriate - To support the development of the EMEA sales strategy and plan. - To own and manage specific key accounts in the region. - To manage, coach, develop, motivate and act as first line manager for your direct team - Report directly to the VP of EMEA Sales |

Emea Sales Manager (emea Based) The EMEA Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall sales and profitability of all products sold through the Direct sales and Distribution Channels. Responsibilities include: - Management and development of a remote multi cultural sales force consisting of direct and indirect sales people for each country within the EMEA region. - Identification and execution of business development opportunities within key vertical markets which include chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, food & beverage, automotive and pharmaceutical. - Preparation of sales plans and budget (with Senior Management and/or Financial Controller) - Competition monitoring and activity reporting within territories. - Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to sales program while following EMEA policies. - Customer visits with representatives, distributors, Regional Sales Managers and field sales staff for the purpose of support, evaluation and training. |
